What we do

We coordinate directly with classification societies, Recognised Organisations and flag administrations to secure plan approvals, statutory endorsements and class surveys. Classification societies set the technical rules and survey regimes that form the backbone of safe ship construction and in-service compliance; we act as your local technical advocate to ensure obligations to class and flag are correctly interpreted and implemented.

Risk management & marine warranty

For heavy lifts, transport operations, launch or offshore commissioning that require third-party assurance, we support and coordinate marine warranty and independent survey programs to verify operational safety and reduce financial exposure. Our deliverables include method statements review, lifting and stability verification, and witness surveys during critical operations.

Safety, environment and HSE oversight

Every project we supervise integrates HSE controls, pollution prevention measures and yard safety practices. We ensure that hot-work permits, confined-space procedures, environmental controls (waste handling, bilge & sewage management) and contractor safety plans are in place and enforced during construction and repair activities.
